We got some snow. It doesn't look like alot but classes were cancelled anyway. Really.
In addition to my homework and studying, I caught up on a few of my shows. It's kind of late into the season, but these shows that I'm watching this season.
Dragon Crisis (It's crap but I'm still watching for some reason.)
Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka (It's kind of crap but some parts are funny so I'm still watching.)
Infinite Stratos (It's harem crap but I'm still watching for some reason.)
Freezing (It's kind of crap but the main character needs hugs I need to hug her ;-;)
Gosick (Pull answers out of your ass, Loli Sherlock, I don't care because I want to hug you;-;)
Magical Girl Madoka Magica (SPOILERES! She doesn't turn into a magical girl. )
Level E (This is the best show. It is not crap. Even though some of the RPG jokes are meh.)
Star Driver (I bite my nails in anticipation for this show.)

I had lots of fun at Katsucon. I made it just in time on Friday afternoon to catch Eva 2.22. Kyoko and I also checked out Greg Ayres's panel on Yaoi later that night. The next day we went to the Bandai and Funi Industry Panels. Not much to say about those except, I got a free tshirt at Bandai's panel (Eureka 7) and more Sgt Frog, and Baka Test should finally! be coming out later this year! Finally! We went to the first bit of the Guests Uncensored panel but it was kind of disappointing. It was mostly the comedians who are alright but still....
Got lots for shopping. I normally have to look all around and think a while before I buy things that are going to cost me a bit of money. That said I saw a Kuroko Shirai figure (Railgun) and immediately wanted it. My mind shut down and I just knew that I wanted it. A few seconds later I saw a Rei Ayanami and said "That too." The guy at the table picked out the Rei box on the table and I saw that a Mizuki Himeji (Baka Test) was under it and said "Well hell." Hooray for rare moments of impulsive buying. I also got a couple of Hetalia tshirts, an art of Russia sushi (I will try to post a picture later, it's pretty awesome), and Midori Days.
I was particularly impressed by the Eva and Eden of the East movies. Both are excellent, even though they both end on cliffhangers. (Eva ends on an awesome cliffhanger I'll say.) I might talk more about them later when I can get my thoughts together.

Outside of that, I'm watching Trigun for the first time. Part of me was worried that all the praise for Trigun came from people's nostalgia (I was seeing those kinds of comments on reviews of the rerelease.) but I'm happy to say that I'm enjoying the series a lot. I love JYB in this role. In the first few episodes he has this incredibly shrill high pitched forced laugh. It's fantastic.
I'm going to try to post more frequently from now, and hopefully I'll follow through with that. Later zj
